Storyboard

My partner and I have completed our official storyboard! It follows the same project idea that I summarized in my most recent post: Project Idea and Major Inspirations. After getting an idea about what issue we want to base our drama on, the way we would execute it was intimidating. Thankfully, this storyboard helped out! It is so relieving to have an idea and image in your mind now expressed on paper of what the film opening will look like. We incorporated a variety of techniques, such as eyeline matches, close-ups, midshots, and high angles! It was so much fun making the storyboard because my partner and I kept on getting so many ideas that made us excited to see the final result of our project.

The title of our film is... won%  

We chose it because our protagonist is in the bottom 1% of income earners and could only dream of being in the top 1%. We did a play on the word "one" because later in the film, the character will play a risky game to win some money.
